When cold weather transmission having hard shifting

I have 2007 camry se. (rpm goes up and down. Like its looking for proper gear. Even not in cold weather I have this problem some times. Not all the time

you may have a seal or clutch going bad and when cold it leaks past the seal and when warmed up seal expands engouhg or becomes soft enough not to leak. have a trans guy check this out for ya
