What is the micro controller/micro processor used in toyota camry 2007? How could it be programmed?

I don't know whether this chip is used specially in the ECU or not but i cannot find it's datasheet.
is there any special programmer for programming this ic? what is it and how could it be programmed?

this is written on the chip: "TDFP03-0006 JAPAN 76F0038AGD0601KX048"
but i couldn't find any proper information with that!

Chips in PCM are manufacturer controlled so you would not be able to find any information about them. They are non programmable and for those that are programmable, usually they are by after market/third party suppliers.
