2007 Toyota Camry Header

There are some brownish powder at the header there? Can I know what's wrong with the powder and how will it affect my car. So far, my car still working perfectly fine.

It looks like corrosion from coolant from a very slight leak it won't hurt a bit

I don't think so just replace the cap as it looks like some may be coming out there, clean up the rest and maybe put a clamp on hose where arrow is.
