those items are just the beginning as you have about 7 on board computers that need to be checked. i hope all fluids have been changes as well. connections will corrode soon causing many other issues as well. i would not plan on keeping this vehicle for a long period of time. flood vehicles are nothing but headaches

Normally i would not advise any of my client to buy a flooded car even for a thousand dollars because it simply means regular visits to the mechanic.
Anyway, since you already did, i guess and hope you got it for less than $3000. With that you can happily invest more money in fixing it.

If you are outside the USA, you may be lucky to find a good toyota representative in your country that will do a total rewiring of the car. Since it is flooded, i will advise you do not just concentarte on the parts you just mentioned because even if you do figure the problem, in a few months you sure will have more head aches with the car. Do a total rewiring like i said. It is very expensive, however, shouldn't be a big deal if you had gotten this car far less than i suggested. If you add up the cost of repair to that then not a bad deal at all.

Get a diagnostic machine from a toyota service agent in your country and have them evaluate the cost and do the job. If you do otherwise, i'm sorry; your car may end up being sold to be used as spare parts.

Please steer clear from flooded cars, they can ruin you.

Best of luck with your troubleshooting.
