2007 Toyota Avalon Fueling Car Fuel Nozzle Keeps Shutting Off Tried Different

when fueling the car the fuel nozzle keeps shutting off , have tried all different ways to fuel it with the nozzle(all the way in / out ect. ) , but tank seems to airlock and bubbles up and shuts off the nozzle as if the tank is full, even if i fill very slowly. Takes for ever to fill. seems like it needs a better vent out of the tank ? is there a recall/ repair for this ?

Is the Malfunction Indicator Light showing and have you checked for trouble codes?
