Hi , I have a problem in my car
The airbag light is on solid , I tried to make a reset for the airbag system but I couldn't
I made a short wire in the TC to find the code of the airbag lamp , so when I made the short the airbag lamp turned on/off 5 times and then stopped for about 3 second then started on/off 6 times ... which means that the code is 56 ... but I don't know what is mean .. !!
So my question is :
Can we make a reset for the airbag system without using an OBDll instruments or any other devices ( manual ) ..?
And if we can't do it , could you tell me what is that code mean ?! .... thanks

you need a professional scanner not one from an auto parts.see pics for codes and you shouldn't mess around with an air bag system you can really hurt yourself.

but I thought there is a way to make a reset for the airbag system
I saw a video on the YouTube for Avalon like my car and it explain the way to make the test ... I know that this is not enough to do that but I don't have enough mony to check it by a professional mechanic ... so can I make a reset for the system or not ?! Thanks again
