Your question: "I have a 2007 toyota 4 runner v6 sr5, when i put it on drive and i push the gas pedal i have a noise coming from the from left side. The noise it just at the beginning. It feel like something is loose."

I would start by checking the engine mounts. It sounds like one of them is broken or loose.
