my dash lights are dimming while driving

2007 4 runner limited temp and information lights go dim in the same area from left side to right side. Is it lights or LED board? I was told it is bulbs I think it is a led board
Can you let me know on what it is

If all of your lights are affected you may have a bad ground. I am giving you the wiring diagrams for the Instrument cluster. Check all the grounds fo a clean tight fit free of corrosion.
