2007 Suzuki Xl7 After Close Sunroof Will Raise Sealed Position Opens Closes

After I close the sunroof it will not raise to the sealed position. It opens and closes fine but will not lock up to seal.

Does the wind deflector retract once the sunroof is at the fully closed position?
