What is wrong with my passenger side dim light? Wiring issues?

My passenger side dim light wont work. I changed the bulb, no change. Tested bulb on passenger side, it worked.I know it's not a bulb problem.

Attached are the headlight circuits schematics.

Look at the third diagram.

Fuse # 20 (10A), bulb and wiring are the only thing that can cause the problem.

Sorry, for right side it should be Fuse # 27. Use a test lamp to test the Violet/white wire for abyyert voltage with headlights turned on.

A poor ground or dropping to much voltage on the power side will give you a dim light. Try giving it 12 volts and a good ground with jumper wire
