2007 Suzuki Liana 1 Start Car Computer Times Does Give Pulse Cng Petrol

1)- when i start my car its computer some times does not give the pulse to its CNG/petrol switch, after a time interval (ignition switch off) approx. 5 min its CNG / petrol lights glows (ignition re on) then engine starts.
2)- when engine convert on CNG its timing shows 12 degree that should be 17 to 18 degree. its advancer might not be worked.
will you please guide me?

Have the CNG control unit tested, seems it is faulty.

but when scanner to be attached there is no error shown on it
