which maintenance schedule should I follow since I don't drive many miles

I purchased my vehicle new in June 2007. Since then I have retired. My yearly mileage is 3,000 miles. What type of maintenance should be done on my car? What should I follow as a maintenance program in my owners book? Do I go by the year of the car or the mileage?? Thank you.
