1.When I turn on the a/c dashboard light flicker and
Radiator fan a/c fan start together at high speed
And cutoff in 30 sec and both fan starts again
And a/c blower goes slow.
2.when I start my music system and woofer punch
All light start flickering

we have no info on this car but check your battery condition and charging system. your fans shold kick on when a/c is started.
