Have a 2007 Saturn Vue, 3.5 l 6 cylinder AWD which is sick and showing code PO499 What does this mean? The code is not in our book. won't go over 45 mph shakes and bucks

EVAP control voltage high should not cause the 45 shake and bucks. Fuel pressure O.K.? recent repairs?

No recent repairs, but did have an oil change within last two weeks. Plugs were checked and they guy who checked it said compression is lot on cylinder 6.
