The menu button on my radio has stopped working. Everything else on the audio system works except the seek buttons and the menu button. The menu button has been used very seldom. What could be the problem?

Either the circuit board or the button has failed. We have found that both radio's and instrument clusters can be rebuilt locally for $200-$350 not including the labor to remove and replace it. It can take from 2 - 7 days for the radio repair.
