2007 Saturn Ion Recently Started Act Car Alarm Keeps Off Sometimes Dome

My Saturn Ion recently started to act up, The car alarm keeps going off.
Sometimes my dome lights shut off, and sometimes they stay on forever at a time until i unhook my battery.
How do i fix this???

If the dome light stays on sometimes i would check the door jamb switches.
