My Saturn Ion Mid Level 2. When i turn the steering wheel, there is a winding noise comeing from the steering wheel its self... Please help!

If its from just under the steering wheel its most likely the air bag coil making the noise.

As long as the horn and cruise work and the air bag light isnt on then no worries.
