2007 Saturn Aura Car Will Randomly Start Full Electrical Power Battery

The car will randomly not start but has full electrical power. Battery, alternator, & starter all ok. If I disconnect the battery the car will start after I reconect it. It has done four times in last three weeks. Remote start will also not work when thus is happening. Any ideas?

Is the security light on when it doesn't start? Also any trouble codes?
