I have 2007 Saturn Aura and Why going up hill or underload a vibration occurs in the font end, could this be from the cv joint or the front axel.

A worn inner cv joint housing is a possibility, but you should feel it in the steering wheel too. The clue is you will not feel it when cruising or coasting, just under acceleration.
