2007 SAAB 9-3 Electrical Issue

For the last year or so I have had to replace several low beam bulbs, marker lights bulbs,
and brake light bulbs. Recently I have had issues with the volume controls on the steering
wheel for the radio sometimes not working. Then when I push the button for the defrost the
headlights and some dash lights start to pulsate and a clicking sound comes from the
fuse panel area in the trunk. If I press it while its pulsating, it stops. Any ideas?

No I haven't checked any relays. Any certain ones I should start with?

Since you can hear them, place your hand on them while they make noise. You will be able to feel a vibration coming from the one doing it. That is the one I would start with.
