daytime running lights

Can I turn OFF my daytime running lights or only a mechanic can do that? Whats involved?

sorry but only a dealer can program your lights to turn off ,note there r some dealers who do not know how to ,if they ask tell them to program it out from u.e.c & r.e.c also they may need to program it as a European model instead of US model , good luck.
