no air coming out

When the a/c is turned on or the heater is turned on any speed there is no air coming out of the vents hot or cold tried looking at the fuses and trying different speeds with the a.c and heater controls

locate blower motor
place switch at high check for power and ground
have both bad motor
no ground suspect bad speed resister
no power suspect fuses ,relay or ignition switch
