2007 Pontiac Torrent rear wiper motor

old motor was froze up. got it freed up, now it runs constantly. even with key off. we ordered a new one from ac delco and that motor will not come on at all. the only way the old one will not run is if you pull the fuse.

check the ground at the switch and in the motor it may not be grounding so will continually run.ground are at lh luggage compt and rh kick panel. also have it scanned it may be a bcm module problem.
