When I start the car it acts like it does not want to stay running. It's missing at idle but when you are going down the rode it drives fine. The code at the parts store says number 1 misfire. I have replace the plug, wires and coil pack. Still missing. Thanks . By the way laymen terms please.

Did you visually check for spark at the spark plug? If you have spark, check fuel pressure. A rough idle might be caused by a leak of some kind, vacuum leak--fuel leak--egr leak, something of that nature
