Its winter in Wyoming, and my heater won't blow hot air. In addition, my engine cooling fan never comes on and the car overheats in no time. Thermostat?

if it's a tstat it will normally overheat in about 2 minutes. otherwise get it pressure checked for an head gasket, etc. also check your coolant level in bottle. for heat try pulling hvac fuse for 60 seconds as it may reset your actutators if not see if the actuator is getting power. you have on e on each side. also make sure both heater hoses are hot or about same temp. for cooling fan check fuses and relays in underhood fuse box first.
