2007 Pontiac G6 Windshield Wet On Inside Car Temperature Gauge Shows Heating

My windshield is wet on the inside of the car and my temperature gauge shows like the car is heating up normal but the heater never gets warm. Just blows out cold air. What could be cause this problem?

Do you ever see steam from the heater vents? As far as no heat, is the coolant full? Are both heater core hoses getting hot?
