I have a 2007 Opel Corsa Lite 1.4,
Apparently it has a small crack on the manifold but most of the back exhaust has been replaced and still you can hear on the sound of the car. So we not quite sure exactly where the crack is. How can we find out and roughly how much will it cost to be repaired? Also, where can I send it to? I'm in the East Rand area.

The leak would have to be determined by a shop. Manifolds can be welded but to do it right, it has to be removed, heated to around 500 degrees and welded to be sure.

It may be cheaper to look for a used or new one as welding gets very pricy. It takes a welding shop to perform this operation.

No clue on price but shop around with your suggestion

The manifold will have to be braced and heated then welded and allowed to cool in Lime, this controls the cooling process to help eliminate further cracking and distortion.
