Engine races upon startup then settles down but service engine light is on

Scan tool reads P0183 which indicates fuel temperature sensor A high. What exactly is this part and where is it precisely located under the hood? Vehicle seems to run fine after starting. Thank you

Check the acccelerator pedal position sensor and MAF sensor-On the P0183 yours don't have a fuel temperature sensor-according to Mit1 . Com
