2007 nisssn titan won't accelerate. When I try to give it gas the engine will not rev up. What could it be?

Get the fuel pressure checked. If the fuel pressure is okay, then look for abstructions in the air intake and the exhaust. Sometimes the catalytic converter will collapse in on itself and create performance issues. Bang on the converter with your hand and see if it sounds like there is loose material in it. If so replace it.
