2007 Nissan Tiida Blower Working Terminal Controller Unit Oxidized Started

The blower not working. The terminal in blower controller unit was oxidized and started working after cleaning. I have changed it about 8 months ago. Again it is not working I thing it is due the same defect. What could be the reason for it?

It's not oxidized, it melted from high current flow. You need to replace the pigtail and likely the blower motor too because it's drawing too much current.
