2007 Nissan Tiida The Blower Not Working. the Terminal in Blower Controller Unit Was

The blower not working. The terminal in blower controller unit was oxidized and started working after cleaning. I have changed it about 8 months ago. Again it is not working I thing it is due the same defect. What could be the reason for it?
