throttle pedal not responding what could be the cause?

That's not a system I'd recommend trying to fix yourself. It's the same dangerous system that put Toyota in the news. Anyone who touches it could become a party to a future lawsuit, and you don't want that to be you. There are too many things we don't know yet about their reliability or safety. In the future we may look back on this day and laugh at how silly it was to be afraid of the throttle-by-wire systems, but I won't own one. A simple cable is infinitely more reliable and less complicated than two throttle position sensors, a computer, and a motor. Cables rarely fail. Sensors and computers fail all the time.
