2007 Nissan Sunny Experiencing Shifting 2007 Lock Third Gear

I am experiencing shifting problem with my Nissan 2007, it use to lock in third gear, especially in the morning and when i off the engine and start again after some travelling it start shifting. And sometimes it is with this problem all day and nothing happens even if i off and on the engine for several time.
