my cars idle speed is 1100 rpm i want reduce it to 800 rpm

You don't have that option. The idle speed is entirely controlled by the computer. Look it over good for any vacuum or air leaks that could contribute to high idle problems. Have the computer scanned for any stored trouble codes that could indicate an issue.
