Engine Flush

41,000 MILES

Good morning:

My wife has a Nissan Sentra with 41,000 miles. The dealer has told us for the 4th time that we should flush the engine. We have changed the oli every 3,000 miles, why the need for a flush? Dealer says it's part of the maintenance?
