I checked 2 places. Both aftermarket with one site being a custom type projector with angel eyes which had the part fitting 1995-1997. Here is that link, http://www.topgearautosport.com/part/A122168Q101/Nissan_Pathfinder_2005-2007_Black_Dual_Halo_Projector_Headlights_with_LED.html
I also checked OEM replacement and the part number was the same for both the 1995 and 1997.
So, it should fit.
