2007 Nissan Maxima Steering rack and pinion

Hi,

I have a 2007 nissan maxima and the the steering rack seal is leaking on both sides. I need to change the rack and pinion but i do not know which brand to buy. Which one would you consider best:

A1 cardone 263014
Acdelco
Aae

Also, if you replace the rack and pinion, do you need to replace new outer tie rods or can you use the old ones the vehicle was supplied with?

And do you also need to replace new steering hoses or can you use the old ones if there are no leaks in the hoses?

do you know why the rack and pinion leaks? Is it because of the steering pump? Would you have to buy a new steering pump too?

Any of the nationally known brands will be fine, just check the warranty on it, if the tie rod ends on your car are ok, use them, hoses as well, the pump should be fine, it is a seal further in side the rack that starts to fail the outer seal is just a dust and dirt seal, make sure that you get an alignment after replacing the rack as well.
