My vehicle has recently stopped wanting to turn on. It's seems like no issue with the battery(new battery). Sometimes I've disconnected the battery and it starts. It hasn't required no jumper cables to turn on. Today, I disconnected the battery and it didn't start. I gave it about 5 minutes and it started. What can be some possible issues?

When you say it will not turn on, is there no dash lights with ignition on, or you have dash lights and it will not crank on the key? If nothing at all, check battery terminals are clean and tight. If no crank check starter motor first.
