2007 Nissan Altima Could Cause Sound Away Radio Every Feature On Radio Works

What could have cause the sound to go away in radio? Every feature on radio works but the sound is gone.... How can I get sound back ?

First check the fuses. There may be a remote amplifier that is not turning on. Sometimes other circuits are tied in so you will know when the fuse is blown by the more obvious symptom of the no sound. Rear wipers are just one example.
