An O2 sensor can cause the engine to run poorly. However, I need to ask if you have had the fuel pump pressure tested?

An 02 sensor won't do that-check and test the electric throttle actuator and also the MAF airflow sensor-

Before checking the fuel pressure, do what rasmataz suggested. You can clean the MAF. They make a special electronic cleaner for it you can get at a parts store, and I wasn't thinking a 07 had an electronic throttle actuator. That could cause the problem.

Check those and let me know what you find. If both are good, then we'll move on. However, I would think the MAF should have set a code in the computer, so we need to check one thing at a time.
