2007 Mustang GT won't shift into gear

The clutch pedal felt like it had a weird give when I pushed it in to shift, then it could shift no more. So now it's stuck in neutral. There's still tension in the pedal.

With the engine off, can you shift gears? Have you checked to make sure the clutch master cylinder is full?
