Cause when I pulled the dip stick out it was creamy white with what look like tiny metal sliver Pieces

You have issues.
Creamy white is a coolant mix from cooler bad in radiator. Metal is never good as it indicates some failure in the trans.

As I stated, the cooler is bad and you have coolant in the trans fluid
