2007 Mitsubishi Lancer wont start

The car worked fine over the weekend until yesterday. The battery is good as tested and the starter also cause u can really hear that it starts and shuts down abruptly. most idle time is about 10 secs. dont know what to check 1st EGR or IAC

I would check IAC (if it is a cable operated throttle).
