Siren noise when car is idling at standstill.
Noise disappears when gas pedal is pressed down and car starts to revs up or begins to move.

(Mitsubishi lancer wagon that looks like the Ad van--2007 model---cheap version)

Check for vacuum leaks. See if you can identify aprox where the sound is coming from and then check hoses.
