2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse headlights

I have a 07 mitsubishi eclipse im having a head light problem when my regular head lights are on i only have driverside when i switch to my brights i only have the passenger i replaced bulbs still having the problem what could be the cause of this also have checked fuses

there are 4 fuses, two each for each headlight, but could also be a wiring issue or relay.also may be a ground problem one is at right front of eng compt and other at left rear by fuse box.
