grinding noise was heard from the rear of vehicle

replaced front and rear brake pads and rotors. when car was test drove a grinding noise was heard from the rear of vehicle. Removed rear wheels, inspected rotors and pads, no damage, removed pads and rotor, found e-brake spring had shifted. I was wanting to know should I replace the e-brake shoes and brake springs since new rotors was installed on rear of vehicle.?

As long as you say no damage was done and that just a spring shifted I see no reason to replace all the emergency brake hardware and pads. Just be sure to thoroughly inspect everything for wear or damage. Here is a tutorial on how to remove and replace rear brake pads and rotors:
