2007 Mini Cooper Coming Halt Engine Cuts Out Does Restart Pressing Ignition

When coming to a halt the engine cuts out. It does restart when pressing the ignition button and I can keep it going when tapping the acclerator. However, this is intermittent as it will perform normally but then cuts out again.

Check for engine vacuum leaks and check the idle air control valve. (IAC)
