2007 Mercury Mountaineer Worked Fine Night Before Yesterday Morning Would Start

It worked fine the night before and yesterday morning it would not start. It will not turn over at all, but the radio, anti theft lights, lights, temp, and everything works. Battery is fine. Checked the fuse for the ignition and it is fine. I put the key in the door and unlocked it. I made sure it was in park. It has been very cold the past couple of days, but it will not start later in the day either.

check for voltage at the starter motor little wire when it the start position. try tapping on the starter as well.
