2007 Mercury Milan Wont start

Driving on expressway when water pump went out belt broke and overheated In construction zone Got off when I could and car died at top of ramp Had towed and repaired Water pump thermostat and sensor and belt new Ran fine for 4 days Then became hard to start and when started it ran rough for a couple seconds then would straighten out and run and drive fine for a couple days NOW WONT START turns fine Has new PLUGS Has spark has fuel ??? NEED any sugestions that I can do

check fuses and relays in underhood fuse box, then scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge. autoparts rent the gauge
