what happens when an engine working performance is too low and the proper solution to be given to such engine.

There are many things that can cause poor performance. I have to ask what the engine is doing first. Also, has the check engine light come on? Have you checked fuel pump pressure? How many miles are on the engine? Has the catalytic converter been checked?
