When driving at any kind of speed there is a rattling/loose sound coming from the wheel bases, sounds like all four bases. Even when driving on a newly paved flat road it still sound like it's rattling/loose.

It's sound like a slow loose deep tone instead of a sharp rattling noise. I'll check the catalytic converter shield but any other suggestion on what a "slow loose deep tone" could be?

normally these rattle noises are converter shield breaking loose, but it can be something else you'll jus thave to check around under the car to see where or if there is something loose hitting .
